Layton’s hopper feeders and powder applicators are purpose-built to integrate seamlessly with our dry seasoning systems. Seasoning is accurately dispensed onto the scarf-plate, which uses gentle vibratory motion to evenly distribute and discharge the product—either into a seasoning drum or directly onto a conveyor for topical application. This process ensures consistent coverage while maintaining product integrity and reducing waste.
