Layton’s Oiler Assembly is designed for precise, low-volume oil application—ideal for seasoning systems and other food processing applications where uniform coverage is critical. Built for durability and performance, this system ensures efficient oil delivery with easy maintenance and hygienic design.

• Stainless steel reservoir tank for safe, sanitary oil storage
• Integrated into the Drum Assembly or optional Oil Pump Skid with integrated pump to generate consistent spray patterns
• Spray bar with nozzles and air lines for controlled, low-volume oil dispersion
• Thermostatically controlled heat band on the reservoir to maintain optimal fluid temperature
